GALIOT Aero Solutions
for Ground Handling Operators

Safety in the air starts on the ground! Despite above statement, in current regulatory framework, ground handling safety is shared responsibility between aircraft operators and the airport. All other organisations present on the airport are not required to have an operational safety management system

Because ground handling is an integral part of airline operations, IATA is now the leading organisation for setting the standards to improve safety & efficiency of and ground handling operations. IATA publications, The Airport Handling Manual (AHM), The Ground Operational Manual (IGOM) and particularly IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) offer an integrated, unique solution to effectively manage risk and improve efficiency in ground operations.

In order to make implementation of AHM & IGOM faster and more straightforward, and to make on-site verification of implementation of ground handling procedures (ISAGO) easier, the special integrated Galiot GH package have been designed, where all IATA required activities could be managed with one comprehensive and modular tool.

One Galiot GH System (licensed per server and deployed at user’s own premise), can be easily shared by several dislocated organisations — beneficial when one company operates more then one dislocated ground handling operators. For small ground handlers, an affordable and flexible Galiot Cloud (software-as-a-service) is the best option to implement AHM and IGOM best practice and to be compliant with IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) requirements.
